I tried the runtime list in the embedCONTROL App and I am able to view the runtime lists. But when I click the item in the list I am not able to see anything invoked.
my runtime list invokes actions in the Arduino with push buttons and LCD screen. But in embedCONTROL App I am not able to see anything invoked.

Ah, yes agreed, this is missing.

I've raised an issue for it. If it is small enough it can go into a patch (depending on if the protocol already supports it).
