We do apologize, many parts of our website were down for a good proportion of the day on 1st Dec 2020 and the morning of 2nd Dec. There was an unscheduled upgrade which led to the webserver not restarting on the host (because the pid file somehow became locked). We'll look into better ways to detect when the site is down.e

However, everything is back up and running now.
